Returns & Refunds

Important!
To initiate your cancellation or refund, first contact us via the contact form or e-mail (info[at]sparepartsmarkt.com).
 
Order cancellation
Order cancellation requests are processed within 2 hours from the time the order is created, by sending it with the order number from the Contact Us form. When this request is made, you will be informed by e-mail.
 
Return
You can return the product purchased from our site within 14 days from the delivery date. In order for your return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions.
 
General Return Conditions
1. Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
2. Return of products with damaged original box or package is not accepted. The return acceptance criterion here is whether the product loses its salability to another customer.
3. In the return process, return to us with a petition containing every 2 copies of the product invoice received (all copies received) and order number, order name and surname, reason for cancellation / return.
4. If the product / products you want to return are damaged, the shipping fee is covered by our company.
 
Refunds
Information regarding whether your return is approved or not is sent to your e-mail address in our system. If your return is not approved, your product will be sent to you again. In case of approval, we can refund your money at your request or give you a gift voucher worth the same as your payment to buy another product. If you request a refund; The price of your order will be paid to your same credit card. Refunds will be made within 10 working days. Since this refund will be made with the VPOS system, the transfer of the fee to your account may vary within 1-5 days, depending on your bank.
 
Damaged Products
Our store customers can return the wrong or damaged product noticed during the delivery and return it to the officer by notifying it on the form in the Contact Us section. In such a case, they can notify the officer of the date and time of the new delivery. If not, the customer will be contacted by e-mail and this information will be received. If the defects detected after delivery are reported in the form on the Customer Service page within 2 days, the products will be taken back from him in a short time, or the missing part will be delivered to the customer. In other cases, the products will be covered by the warranty. In addition, the cargo charges of products that break down in the first 15 days are covered by us if they are sent with the cargo companies we work with.
