    The pressure switch of the Vaillant gas boiler controls the smoke removal process (removal of combustion products) and the operation of the fan, gives a signal on the operation of the boiler burner, the spare part is often called a monostat, pneumatic relay or differential smoke pressure switch. A membrane is installed inside the pneumatic relay, to which a microswitch is attached. The silicone tube serves to drain the condensate. In the pressure switch housing, the membrane is affected by atmospheric air pressure and the pressure of flue gases emitted by the fan. As a result, two pressure impulses (negative and positive) are combined. During normal operation of the burner, the fan operates and pressurizes the diaphragm, which, when moved, changes the state of the microswitch from normally open to normally closed. During ignition, the microprocessor energizes the fan relay contacts and the fan turns on. After starting the fan, the diaphragm of the manostat changes its position and switches the contacts of the mikrik along the way. Contacts c and no close. The microprocessor connects the ignition and flame control section. After the end of the boiler operation, the relay contacts must return to their original position (contacts c and nc are closed).
